CANCELLATION POLICY
🖤 907 Glow Studio Cancellation Policy Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 80% service fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. ⸻ ⏱ Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 7-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 7 minutes will be considered a missed appointment, and the full service fee will apply.
